Organisation

Naomis is an agile and responsible, human-sized company and the digital expert of the Keran group. The company is managed by CEO Christophe Dalichampt, and an Operational Committee.

Our organisation is structured around our three areas of expertise, with a focus on multi-disciplinary team working and the versatility of skills. We put an emphasis on empowerment and trust to encourage the creativity of our teams, their responsiveness and their adaptability to our different areas of work. This agile management guarantees our clients the availability of our skills, the sharing of our experience and the benefits of multidisciplinary teams. The sharing of experience and skills between teams is encouraged through regular internal events and brainstorming on project-related issues, which enriches each of the different teams.

Innovation is central to Naomis' corporate DNA. It is achieved thanks to the creativity of our teams and is developed through agile management. Our capacity to innovate lies in our understanding of specific sector needs and close relationships with the experts of the other KERAN Group companies, combined with our expert knowledge  of digital methods and ability to unlock their potential.

This search for innovation is permanent in our projects and we assist our clients in their specific innovation process, too. Our teams also work with other Keran group companies on innovative solutions to improve team productivity, to differentiate Keran from the competition, and to understand the digital transformation challenges of tomorrow in its different fields of work.

Agility

We believe in agile practices and integrate them into our development work (SCRUM method), management and design work both internally and with our clients. We offer collaborative workshops for group ideation, inspired by UX practices. The aim is to create a good environment for creativity and collaboration and to ensure the adoption of all implemented solutions.
