Within the
company, our employees monitor and share new technological developments in projects and methods,
the new solutions they discover and the ideas they have. Staff are given time to test
concepts and produce POC. We also participate in hackathons and competitions that
allow us to stimulate our creativity and contribute to projects of general
interest.
In our Keran
group, we are part of the innovation
steering committee. We lead the Data work group and participate in innovative
initiatives with our digital culture, methodologies and
technological expertise.
We assist our
clients with their innovation projects and always place the user-friendliness of technological and methodological innovations at the centre of our concerns. Our wide-ranging experience helps us to be creative and to take a proactive approch in our assignments.
We also work with our partners and networks (ADN Ouest, La Cantine, Ruptur), local enterprises, digital specialists, and environmental stakeholders to contribute thinking for the development of
new working methods or new tools, which in turn enrich our own work (working groups, learning expeditions).
The expertise and commitment of the Naomis' team are
recognised and validated by the renewal of our Research Tax Credit (RTC)
approval since 2015.
